Shipping rates and policiesShipping Policy - We ship to any address in the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Orders cannot be shipped to a P O Box or to any address outside the United States.
Shipping Methods - The two shipping methods used are United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, unless an item is too large or heavy and needs to be shipped freight. Please e mail us at contact@exotic-music.com for a freight rate quote. Please note that all shipping options are not available for all items. Common carrier freight lines are frequently used for items that are oversized, weigh over 150 pounds, or are too fragile to ship by air. Shipping only delivers the items to the curbside, it does not include installation services for large equipment nor does it include delivery within your facility. Payment Options - We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, checks or money orders. Orders paid by personal checks are processed within 4-5 business days of the receipt of the check. Orders paid with a money order purchased from a US post office are processed for shipment as soon as the money order is received. All other checks and money orders require 4-5 business days for processing. Payment Policy - Credit card will be charged at the time that an order is placed since some of our products are special ordered for shipment and we place orders with the manufacturers on behalf of our customers. Once we order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must pay a restocking fee upon returning the item. Therefore we consider this charge a "100% deposit". If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please call us toll free at 1-877-776-8461. Pricing Errors - Please be advised that due to difficulty of keeping prices current with manufacturers, our site may on rare occasion list incorrect or outdated prices. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, exotic-music.com cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is placed with our vendor or shipped to the customer. If we inform a customer of a pricing error after the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing or to cancel the order completely. We apologize in advance for any errors on our website, and we will keep these mistakes to a minimum. Sales Tax - Sales Tax is only applied to orders shipping to the state of FL and MO. All orders shipping outside of FL or MO, will not be charged sales tax. |
